As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centric solutions for our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create user flows, and design wireframes and prototypes. You will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to validate your designs. Our ideal candidate has experience in UX design, a strong portfolio of work, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Collaborate with development team to ensure seamless integration between design and development
• Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions
• Ensure consistency and adherence to branding guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with emerging UX design trends and technologies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design purposes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master in Human Computer Interaction or similar
