As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our software projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while also communicating project status and risks to stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has experience in project management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a track record of delivering successful software projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and facilitate resolution of issues as they arise
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure project goals are aligned with company strategy
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA, to ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure project processes and methodologies are followed, and continuously identify areas for improvement
• Track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on progress to senior management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a software development environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
• Experience in software development or technical project management is a plus
